Understanding the spoken Spanish

I can read and speak Spanish somewhat, but when I hear the spoken Spanish, it sounds like one continuous word. Does anyone know of a site that has everyday, common conversations? I've tried News in Slow Spanish and while it is somewhat slower, they mix the conversations with other topics, words they think will be of interest. Thanks.

Search for "Extr@ Español" on youtube. It's helped me a lot and it's pretty entertaining.
