Is "o que quer comer sua mulher?" wrong?
This word order is not common in Portuguese.
Why do i need the article "o" before que a sua mulher quer de comer?
que = that/who/which (as relative pronouns). o que = what

when "do/does" work as auxiliary verbs, they have no translation in Portuguese.
"Does" here is just an auxiliar verb. In Portuguese we don't use this kind of auxiliar, only the main verb with the right conjugation.
would "O que tua marida quer comer" be accepted
"O que tua esposa quer comer?" is also right.
