Do you mean the "dufoooooooje" slowly and then "li alvenis malfrue" quickly? Everything on the Esperanto course sounds like that.
Why is it dufoje for twice, but unuafoje for once (ie not unufoje)? It doesn't seem consistent..
It is "unufoje" for "once".
"Unuafoje" is "for the first time".
Should "Twice did he arrive late" be accepted?
Sounds kinda archaic and formal. It would work for prose, but it's not conversational English
