What weather?

Kia = what kind/sort/type;
So "kia vetero!" is exclaiming at the kind of weather.

Similar to an English speaker saying "What weather we're having!" not really specifying if it's good or bad, hot or cold, or anything specific, but just bringing attention to it.

It seems like such a fun way of expressing the weather

Why does the help say "what an" and not "what a"?
