How do I turn off timed practise by default?

I personally prefer the old untimed practise. I know there is an option to switch to untimed, but if I just hit Enter when practising, it goes right to timed. I find I work better and, paradoxically, faster, if I'm not rushed (suppose someone asked you something and then "ANSWER ME IN 30 SECONDS!"). Is there a way to disable timed practise from appearing?

As far as I know it is not possible to disable or unequip the timed practice.
