Would it be acceptable to say "I do not like the doctor's diagnosis?"

An análisis (this is also used in Spanish to refer to medical tests, such as a blood test, etc), comes BEFORE a diagnosis is made, i.e. it's what the doctor needs to reach a diagnosis. Or they can be carried out after diagnosis, to check on progress. So, diagnóstico and análisis are entirely different parts of the medical "process".

I'd stick with the obvious, analysis. diagnosis = diagnosis

It's annoying "the analysis of the doctor" doesn't work, even though that's the literal translation...

why do they make the pronounciation of análisis so strange? Can they not say the whole word normally?
