I have reached Level 14 in Danish and I am finding that I have begun to get diminishing returns...

I would love to continue the progress that has been possible up until this level, but I feel that the "Strengthening Skills" is of only supplementary use once the Skill Tree has been completed. It would be great to make a Danish Immersion like the French and German ones!

Anyone up for giving it a shot? Anyone know what's involved? :D

I kind of began to do something like this. I went on the danish wikipedia, took one random page and it was the page for the Lion. I then began to translate it on my own. There is no interaction, but this is already very useful for my danish skills.

I'm totally with you in this, would really be nice if they added immersion to danish and all the other new languages. But I feel this is not going to happen at any time soon. :(

That's a great suggestion! I know I would use it.

I love your enthusiasm! I hope that someday Duolingo gets an immersion feature for Danish to help us keep our Danish skills sharp and also give something back for the free language teaching we've received.

I am with you. Once one has done the double gold--finished the whole tree and gotten it all to be gold--there are diminishing returns. However, this seems to be a question of the overall organizational priorities for Duolingo as a whole and thus not much we can do directly.
