Also -- when sent a daily reminder e-mail, the streak is not preserved in that e-mail either.

I have this discrepancy, too. I have a streak going which I have saved a couple of times with a streak freeze. On the mobile app and in email reminders it resets when I use a streak freeze, while it preserves fine in the web app.

I also experience this bug. I use the android app. It seems that the lingots are not really implemented in the app, so my guess is, that it is a feature they are working on.

The weird part is you still earn lingots for completing lessons with full hearts on the mobile app. I guess the mobile app just sends the raw data as a JSON to a central backend server, which processes all the calculations like lingots, points earned, etc., then sends instructions on what to display back to the mobile app. In that case it makes sense that the streak is still there, but just doesn't get displayed on mobile because they haven't yet fully implemented it.

yes, it seems pretty logical to reuse the actual business logic, and then just have different presentation layers.

I've also noticed this bug when using the Android mobile app.
