Our schedules and our time for rest.
We need to have a schedule for everything that we do in our day. We can work from Monday to Friday and sometimes Saturday for others, but we need of a moment to rest. The stopping would help restore the energy in our body. What are we doing in our free time? We don't know! We would keep a distance of the things that remember the job and don't stay working in the office in the weekend. We could respect reserved the schedules for eats with the family and the schedules for sleep. However we lose much time with moments busy thinking about what we can do, that we forgot what is necessary for to stop making this or that. And We don't see that there are more free time in our rest than we think and we don't know how use it in our schedules.
