"gialli" sounds like "jolly". yellow is a jolly color ^_^
Thats a good tip!!
i'd mostly use "la giacca" for the jacket and "il capotto" for the coat, or overcoat.
I came to the comments section hoping for a reference to the browncoats.
coat is giacca.Capotto is overcoat.Wright?
Coat is capotto and giacca is jacket
Giacca can be translated as "jacket" or short coat whereas capotto is for long coats (and probably trenchcoats)
A jacket is a type of coat. In BE anyway.
i looked on line and yellow is spelled giallo i am tired of them counting it wrong
