Just finished Spanish 2!
I posted awhile ago, saying I needed help with verb conjugations and things. Well, now I have exciting news- I've finished Spanish 2! I took an online course from Middlebury, and procrastinated enough to have to do one unit per day. While I didn't particularly enjoy the course, I enjoyed the language.Anyone who's wondering how much of Spanish 2 curriculum is covered in Duolingo: a lot.
There's lots of different vocab, at least in the course I took. But there's lots of conjugations and tenses, and Duolingo is very helpful in that respect. While I don't think I'm great with all the material I learned in Spanish 2, I'm proud that I finished the whole year.
Thanks Duolingo, for giving me the headstart I needed to skip Spanish 1 and the motivation to complete Spanish 2.
Congratulations! I know how do you feel because I have been learning English a lot of time and now (yesterday) I finished the Duolingo course of English for Spanish people! So, congratulations again and practice more and more, Spanish is an awesome language!
Wow! Congrats. I finished my tree around this time last summer, but haven't really done much on Duolingo since then. I hope to get back into it though- it's an amazing resource. Thanks for the encouragement again!
Congratulations! So are you going to review the material or to try to push forward? Ever since I finished the tree, I feel that I've plateaued, so I've just shifted my focus into another language - Portuguese - for something of a challenge.
Most likely I'll do a little reviewing on Duolingo, but then I go straight into Spanish 3 in about 2 weeks. I tried to do that for French, but French never clicked like Spanish did. Best of luck on Portuguese and Spanish!
¡Enhorabuena! Y estoy de acuerdo. Duolingo está muy bueno con los verbos. Eso es un gran logro. ¿Qué es próximo?
Voy a estudiar español más con Español 3, porque la escuela va a empezar en dos semanas. Probablemente, estudiaré un poco en Duolingo también.
