The audio definitely says "tiu" and not "tio"

Why is this "that HAS a real surprise" instead of "that IS a real surprise" ?

+1 for pointing out this error 3 years ago.

So "Ha" is translated as "Well"?

So Duolingo is translating "Ha" as "Well"? That is a real surprise! Other sources translate it as "Ah", "Oh", or simply "Ha", which is what I had used. It is an exclamation of surprise, isn't it? I don't think "Well" is an exclamation of surprise.

I can't tell if that's meant to be sarcastic or not. I guess it works either way!

Will there be material to translate from Esperanto to English ?

This is the wrong place to ask that question - post directly in the Esperanto forum rather than commenting on a random sentence.
