I just reached 30% fluent in spanish but i doubt that i really am bcuz i still have a hard time memorizing the words... :( lol

Duolingo fluency badge only shows how fluent you are according to Duolingo tree, not in reality.

Practise more and you'll get there :) read books, watch films and shows, etc. write down the words every time you forget them, that helps a lot :)

Try monologging in Spanish and looking up anything you're unfamiliar with once you're past initial sentence structure

Use duolingo, i am in london and is really ussefull when you are in the inmersiĆ³n, also it is when you don't are in inmersiĆ³n :P
