app not showing correct streak

I purchased the streak freeze on the site and I missed a day so it had to be used. well it is showing correctly on the site but not on the app. the app says I have a 2 day streak while the site said 25.

I have the same problem. The case is present on both iOS and Android versions of Duolingo. Also both of these programs are up to date.


You should provide information about the OS (android, iOS), version of the app, and your device so it is easier for Duolingo staff to help you.


android app, it is gingerbread 2.3.7, I have no idea about version of the app, I know it is up to date, and it is on the HTC evo 4g. is there anything else they could need?


I use Android and also have a problem with the streak, here on the site it's 17 but on the app it's 15.


My ipad says I have a streak of 20 days. My PC shows my correct streak which is somewhere beyond 30 days.


well at this point I did lose my streak so the app and the site are both correct but it seems this problem is happening for everyone.


Exactly my problem - I am using the iOS Apps on iphone 5 and ipad, with the most recent version of the app. (In case it helps)
