"Ich bin in mir selbst zu Hause."
I tried "I'm at home alone" but it didn't work.. what is this sentence anyway?
"Ich bin in mir selbst zu Hause":
- I am at peace with myself
- I am comfortable with myself
- I am comfortable in my own skin
I'm not saying these are accepted translations, just what I understand the sentence to mean.
can anyone explain why this sentence is constructed like this and what it means/its nuance?
well i guess the translation you give here is just literal as in english sound more appropriate I am by myself at home, oder?
