Define speak ;) In terms of speak well, like easily have a conversation, that would be: English (native), Portuguese, Spanish and Italian. I would not say I am anywhere near fluent or even just 'speaking well' in the following languages, but I I have interacted and got things done with other humans in French, German, Polish and Dutch.
Yes! I'm quite pleased with not losing it as I've been traveling since June and it has not always been easy keeping it up on the road.

I guess 3. English is my first language, I'm pretty fluent in French at this point and I have been learning Irish since I has 6 or 7 and am pretty good at it (I can understand most things and know a good few phrases that come in handy, my vocab is a bit weak though).
Being from India, I grew up in a multilingual environment. I can speak English, Hindi, Bengali and Odia properly. I was taught Sanskrit at school, but it is wasting away due to lack of practice. And I'm learning French here.

I also know the basics of Romanian (Waiting for that course to be released soon) and Indonesian :D
I always say it's important to be fluent in your native language because some people make mistakes even in the language they know from birth... So yeah, my native language is Polish. Second, which I've been learning for almost like 20 years now, is English. I've also been learning German for 10 years now. And self-teaching French for like 2 or 3. And I also learned some Latin at school, but I can't say I can actually speak it.
I can speak 10 languages fluently, French, German, Faroese, Esperanto, Montenegrin, Latin, Ancient Greek, Icelandic, Hebrew, and Yiddish. And some knowledge of Georgian.
2 (ish) English and Conversational Hindi (not educated Hindi). Can also understand Household Tamil and some Mandarin
